东北电力大学文武校史馆于2014年6月开始筹建，2018年10月开始施工，2019年9月7日正式开馆。位于东区第四教学楼，占地面积2000余平方米。文武校史馆由序厅、《应运而生，开基立业》、《强根固本，砥砺前行》、《改革开放，激流勇进》、《跨越发展，跃升水平》、《深深学府，心灵家园》、《薪火传承，成果丰硕》、《滋兰树慧，英才辈出》、尾厅等九个部分组成，全面展示了学校从无到有，从小到大，从弱到强，进而从高原向高峰迈进的发展历程。

本馆以史实和史料为依据，通过 1 万多张照片和近千件文物，图文与实物相结合，场景模型与艺术装置相彰显，数字互动体验与多媒体影视相辉映，全力打造一个有故事、有场景、有内容、有科技、有情怀的现代化多功能校史馆，全方位展示东电发展轨迹与建设成就，真实记载和映射了学校兴学建校以来的光荣史、奉献史、奋斗史。

文武校史馆浓缩了学校70余年的办学历史，再现了一代代东电人艰苦奋斗的历程，展示了学校建校以来取得的重大成就，突显了我校在不同历史时期做出的重要贡献与主要成果，是我校大学精神文化建设的重要里程碑，将成为我校缅怀历史、繁荣校园文化的重要平台。

Preparations were started in June 2014 for the building of Wenwu Museum of Northeast Electric Power University History, the construction began in October 2018 and the museum opened in September 2019. The museum is located in the No.4 teaching building on the new campus, covering an area of more than 2,000 square meters. The museum consists of nine sections: “The Preface”, “Embryo and Startup”, “Consolidation and Improvement”, “Endeavor with Reform and Opening-up”, “Leaping Development and Rapid Progress”, “Academic Institution and Mental Paradise”, "Pass the torch, Abundant Harvest", "Cultivation and Accomplishment" , and “the Epilogue”, which comprehensively display the University’s development history of experiencing from scratch, from small to large, from weak to strong, and taking a step further from highland to summit.

The museum is based on historical facts and materials, which include more than 10,000 pictures and approximately 1,000 cultural relics. Through the way of combining pictures, texts with objects, displaying scene models and art installation, and showcasing digital interactive experience and multimedia videos, it is designed to become a modern and multifunctional museum of the University’s development history which contains stories, contents, technologies and feelings. The museum is committed to display the development history and achievements of the University in all aspects, and authentically record and reflect its history of glories, dedications and struggles since the founding of the University.

Wenwu Museum of Northeast Electric Power University History condenses the University’s development history of 70 years, which recreates the course of struggle of NEEPUers for generations, displays its great achievements of reform and opening up, highlights important contributions and major achievements in different periods. It is an important milestone in the construction of the University’s spiritual culture and will become an important platform to honor the memory of the University’s development history and prosper its campus culture.
